Delivery Details

Currently we offer the following method of delivery:

• You must place your order no later than 15:00 (3pm) in order to receive it the next day.

• There are some exceptions to the rule (please see below). Orders placed before 15:00 (3pm) on Friday, will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 15:00 (3pm) on Friday and on Saturday or Sunday, will be delivered the following Tuesday.
  

• Delivery is not possible on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday. The courier will call you 1 (one) hour prior to delivery to make sure that there is someone to sign in for a delivery (please make sure to leave your day-time contact number when placing an order). Customers who are at work daily should change the shipping address to a place of work or maybe a neighbour or friend that is available to receive.

• The Couriers will not guarantee a specific time of delivery; they can delivery any time during a business day. If you choose a place of work as a delivery address, please note that the delivery will probably not be made directly to you but the parcel might be left in reception area or at goods inwards. If you are not in to sign for a delivery, collection of the parcel is also possible. The courier will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, giving a time after which you can collect it from your local depot.

• Where we deliver: Next day delivery includes all Republic of Ireland territory and Northern Ireland. However there are some exceptions to the rule. Please refer to the map below (parts of Connemara, Mayo, Kerry, Leitrim and Derry):

• Please be advised that some items can not be dispatched same day as ordered and this is clearly indicated beside each product.
